AirIQ has leveraged its existing resources and the experience gained from the commercial fleet business to develop an end-to-end solution for the Consumer marketplace under its MobileIQ™ brand.

MobileIQ™ is designed to be a self-use system accessed via the Internet and/or via touchtone phone. MobileIQ provides Intelligent Vehicle Protection with the real-time street-level location of a consumer’s vehicle available virtually anywhere at anytime. MobileIQ provides the consumer with the ability to access vehicle information and receive automated notifications. For example, a MobileIQ customer can remotely unlock their driver door using the Internet or a touch-tone telephone (including cellular phones); or automatically receive Early Theft Warning alerts via email, phone or pager.

MobileIQ™ offers the convenience of 24 hours a day, 7 days a week access via the Internet with Online Help.
AirIQ uses a combination of the following arrangements to market its consumer solution:
• offering its own consumer brand of services, called MobileIQ®;
• private labelling its end-to-end consumer offering for other providers; and
• licensing its end-to-end consumer offering.
