Don Gibbs President and Chief Executive Officer Donald Gibbs is the President and Chief Executive Officer and also holds a seat on the AirIQ Board of Directors. A successful financier and executive, Don has been instrumental in building several of Canada's most successful technology companies, most recently as Chairman and CEO of Tarquin Corp. until June, 2008. Don started his career with Leigh Instruments and then moved to Mitel Corporation for eights years as its CFO and COO. During this period Mitel was listed as a public company, was active on several stock exchanges, and grew in sales revenue to $250 million. Later he was appointed CFO of Cognos Inc. where he led their initial public offering. This led to the position of President and CEO of Gandalf Systems Inc. He then founded Positron Fibre Systems Corporation by spinning it out a private Montreal company. In three years he took this company public on NASDAQ and then sold it for $200 million US. Don is the principal of his own consulting company which assists many small technology corporations in getting started and funded. Don has a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Ottawa and is a Certified Management Accountant with the Canadian Society of Management Accountants.
Vernon Lobo Chairman of the Board Vernon Lobo was appointed as a director of AirIQ on December 2, 2009 and Chairman of the Board on June 9, 2010. Vernon is managing director of Mosaic Capital Partners L.P., a private equity firm focused on providing capital, strategic advice and access to an extensive network to add value to small and medium sized enterprises. Vernon’s career includes experience in entrepreneurial ventures, technology, strategic consulting, and venture capital. He currently sits on the Boards of SoundBite, Silanis and CYBERplex.
Randy Reynolds Randall (Randy) Reynolds was appointed a Director of AirIQ on June 27, 2007. Previously, Randy was the President of Rogers Business Solutions, a Rogers Communications Inc. company that is dedicated to providing communications solutions to businesses across Canada. As President, Randy oversaw the entire operations of Rogers Business Solutions including business development, product development, sales and marketing as well as technology operations and services. Randy has extensive experience in the telecommunications industry in Canada. Previous to joining Rogers, Randy was the President of Bell West, and prior to that, President and Chief Executive Officer of both Bell Nexxia and BCE Mobile.
