Platforms

Start with the job.
We will fit the platform.

Every AirIQ device reports into a dashboard, and which one you end up on depends on what you are actually trying to do. Tell us the job. We will tell you what fits before you buy anything.

You don’t need a big fleet. Most customers run 20 to 50 vehicles, and plenty run fewer.

What are you trying to do

Three jobs, and what each one gives you.

Nearly every fleet that calls us wants one of these. Plenty want more than one, and that is a normal thing to set up.

Tracking-led

Know where everything is

The whole fleet on one map: vehicles, trailers, powered assets and the ones running on their own batteries. Live now, and two years back when you need to prove something.

  • Live location for every vehicle and asset on one screen
  • Geofences with arrival, departure and dwell alerts
  • Hours of service and ELD in the same account as the tracking
  • Maintenance scheduled against odometer, date or engine hours
  • History you can pull back two years for a dispute
  • Reports that arrive by email on a schedule you set

Fleet management

Video-led

Prove what happened

Built around the incident record rather than the map. The road and the cab on one timeline, and the clip in an adjuster’s hands the same day it is asked for.

  • Road and cab footage synchronized on a single timeline
  • Distraction, phone use and seatbelt events flagged as they happen
  • Multi-channel recording with ADAS and driver monitoring
  • Footage shared to an insurer by secure link
  • Coaching built on real clips rather than a driver score
  • Hardware from more than one manufacturer in a single account

Video safety and exoneration

Trailer-led

Watch what has no cab

Trailers, containers and equipment that move without a driver and often without power. Built with our preferred trailer partner, so the trailer reports its own health rather than just its position.

  • Trailer location, detachment and dwell time
  • Tire pressure, brake and light health from the trailer itself
  • Cargo temperature and door status on refrigerated loads
  • Battery-powered tracking for containers, skids and equipment
  • Solar options for trailers that sit unpowered for weeks
  • Covert tracking where a visible device would defeat the point

Whichever one you end up on

The parts that don’t change.

One number to call

Client Care answers at 1-888-606-6444, whichever setup sits behind your account. One team, one conversation.

One invoice

Not one per system. However your fleet is put together, the billing arrives as a single line of thought.

The same hardware

An IQ-CAM is an IQ-CAM. It moves between vehicles, and it stays yours if your needs change.

Month-to-month

No auto-renewal and no early-termination fee. Thirty days’ notice and the equipment back in working order.

Nothing to install

It runs in a browser, on a laptop, a phone or a tablet. There is no software to roll out to anyone.

We do the matching

You describe the job. We work out what it takes, set it up, and tell you what it costs before you commit.

Platform questions

The things people ask.

Which platform will I be on?
Whichever one does the job you came for. Tell us what you are trying to solve and we will tell you what you will be signing into, before you order anything.
Do I have to choose?
No. Matching the job to the right setup is our side of the work, not yours. You describe the problem and we bring back a quote that already accounts for it.
Does one cost more than another?
Ask us for the number on the setup you actually need. A quote covers the hardware and the subscription together, so the whole figure is the useful one to compare.
I am already an AirIQ customer. Does anything change?
No. Your login, your devices and your account are exactly as they were.
Can I move to a different setup later?
Usually yes. The hardware carries across in most cases, so it is a question of which dashboard your account points at rather than replacing what is in the vehicles. Call and we will walk through what moves.

Tell us the job, not the product.

Describe what you are trying to fix and we will tell you what it takes and what it costs. No form maze, and a person answers.
