The fleet partner that
doesn't lock you in.
Most fleet-technology vendors bet you won't read the contract. We bet you will, so we made ours month-to-month. If AirIQ isn't earning its keep, you can leave. That's why customers stay.
You don't need a big fleet. Most customers run 20 to 50 vehicles, and plenty run fewer.
Doing this one thing since 1997.
AirIQ has built fleet technology since 1997. Over 10,000 companies run their vehicles, trailers, and tools on AirIQ, and we are publicly traded as TSXV: IQ.
Those fleets are not all on the same software. AirIQ runs more than one platform, and which one you land on depends on the job. Everything on this page is the same either way. See how they differ.
Terms you can read in one breath.
The same terms on every product and platform we sell.
- No contract, month-to-month
- No auto-renewal trap
- No early-termination fee
- No cancellation runaround
“It just made sense to equip with AirIQ, the insurance and fuel savings alone has more than paid for the solution.”
5 questions to ask any fleet-camera vendor before you sign.
Ask these of everyone you're evaluating, including us. The answers tell you more than any feature list.
How long is the contract, and what does leaving early cost?
Multi-year terms shift the risk onto you: if the product disappoints, you are still paying for it. AirIQ is month-to-month, with no early-termination fee.
Who owns the footage, and how do you get it?
When a claim lands, hours matter. The event clip is already in your dashboard, ready to go to your insurer the same day.
What does install really take per vehicle?
Easy install can mean a truck off the road for half a day. AirIQ cameras install with a 15-minute quick connect cable, and Plug and Track™ devices self-install.
Who answers when something breaks?
A tracker that is down is a truck you cannot see. Ask who picks up the phone, in what time zone, and whether they have ever run a fleet. At AirIQ, call 1-888-606-6444 and talk to Client Care.
What happens to price at renewal?
The teaser rate is not the real rate. AirIQ has no renewal event: month-to-month pricing means the rate you pay is the rate that has to keep earning your business.
What would it cost you to leave?
Long-term fleet contracts are common in this category, and cancelling one often means paying out the remaining balance rather than a small fee. Put your own numbers in.
This multiplies the numbers you entered. It is not a quote, and it does not describe any specific provider's terms. Check your own agreement for how early termination is calculated.
That is what you could still owe for service you would no longer use.
AirIQ is month-to-month. There is no early-termination fee and no auto-renewal, so the most you are ever committed to is the month you are in.
